The maisonette apartment (two floors) is located on the 10th and top floor of a high-rise building, directly on the beach. The living room, a separate, fully equipped kitchenette (without dishwasher and oven), and a sun terrace facing the sea are located on the lower floor. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a bedroom (two single beds, each 90cm x 200cm), a small room with a single bed (80cm x 190cm), and a small shower room with a glass dome (shower under the sky). The bedroom has two large studio windows. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the sky. Take the elevator directly to the beach in your swimsuit and back to the terrace for sunbathing.
